  1. Hi, I just popped here from Charlie Hoehn's site, saw your comment.
    3.5 kg?
Wow, that's only 7.7 pounds of muscle added! And it would seem you were insanely careful with diet and supplements as well.
I was all gung-ho to try Geek-to-Freak for myself, but these results make it seem worthless.
    What do you think?

  2. Hi Adam
As you can see my goal was 6kg of lean muscle so I only reached just under 60% of my goal. I know my training was intense and as recommended in Occams protocol on and my eating was pretty full on also. All I can put it down to is that I have been training consistently for the last few years and have added lean muscle in small amounts over time. This however would have to be my biggest gain in such a small period so I was still stoked.
Put it this way, geek to freak definitely works if you follow the protocol. How much you gain will depend on wether or not you have trained much before, if you haven't then expect to gain alot of muscle. Also on how disciplined you are following the protocol.
Let me know how you go.
    Regards
    Mick

  3. Hi Adam
My initial goal was 6kg of lean muscle, and I actually only achieved nearly 60% of my goal putting on 3.5kg. When I look at these results compared to my last 9 years of on and off sports and training I and definitely satisfied. Although I didn't achieve my goal this is definitely my biggest lean gain in a month period. My supplementing was consistent, my training was as per Occam's protocol, all I can put it down to is that I have been training consistently for the last year now and making some nice gains. Possibly my body wasn't able to grow any more in such a small period, however I think for someone who hasn't been training consistently or doesn't have much lean mass to start with, the potential gains to be made are huge. I have reccommended Geek to Freak to many of my mates and all have loved it, some gaining more than me some less. I thin you should definitely give it a go. Keep me posted on your results.
    Cheers
